After you purchase your confidential test, you will create a username and password. Your requisition form will be sent to you within 2 business days.
The email will include any additional information on your test such as fasting information.
Take the Lab Request to the Lab. They will know what to do with the paperwork when you arrive.
You will receive your results within 10 business days.
Notification will arrive via email. Simply log in to view or download.
Results are hosted on our secure, HIPAA compiant servers.
